Deshalb sollen Rollen und Aufgaben über Pflichtenhefte geregelt werden. Eine mögliche Ressortaufteilung, angelehnt an andere Volkshochschule in der Schweiz, könnte folgendermassen aussehen.</p> <p><a href=&quot;?action=get_file&amp;id=61&amp;resource_link_id=39&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;>Entwurf Vereinsorganisation und Pflichtehefte (PDF)</a></p> <p>WICHTIG: Es handelt sich um einen Entwurf. Das Vizepräsidium habe ich z.B. bei Markus aufgeführt, hier sind wir aber flexibel. Wir müssen uns über die Aufgaben bewusst werden, damit wir auch nach geeigneter Verstärkung suchen können. Der Entwurf ist einzig eine Diskussionsgrundlage.</p> <h3>2) Internetseite</h3> <p>Bei den Kursaufschaltungen müssten wir einen Prozess definieren. Es ist eine Eigendynamik entstanden, welche Markus, trotz neuer HP, viel Mehraufwand gibt.
